Shauni is the Practice Manager at Outcome Private Wealth, with 24 years of experience in operations — including 20 of them working alongside Jason. She played a hands-on role in establishing Outcome and managing the transition of the firm's book of business, and over the years she has helped onboard numerous advisors.

All of that has given Shauni a deep understanding of the industry and the operational intricacies that keep a firm running — she knows how the pieces fit together, because she helped put them there. She holds the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses along with a Utah State Insurance License, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Utah State University.

Shauni is part of a blended family with two children of her own and two bonus stepsons. Sports — and all the activities that come with raising kids — keep the family calendar full. Together they love to travel and spend time outdoors with their dog, Nacho.
